Red Tea or Pu Erh is a tea made from the leaves and buds of a Camelia Sinensis plant that is larger and grows in Yunnan province. There are two types of Pu Erh, raw and ripe. In its elaboration process there is a difference. The stew was born to accelerate the fermentation process of the tea and thus not have to wait a minimum of 5 years for its sale.

It has a low tannin content, so it helps improve digestive disorders. It is an ideal complement to a diet low in fat and sugar and rich in vitamins, mineral salts and carbohydrates. Its low theine content makes it suitable at any time of the day, even in the afternoon or evening.
